This is a new stage that the political crisis is entering into Tunisia, in light of the disagreement over the steps of Parliament and the government, in the two personalities of the two leaders, Rashid Ghannouchi and Elias Fakhfakh.
Sources said that Tunisian President Qais Saeed asked the traps to resign, adding that this request comes in anticipation of efforts to put confidence in the government of the traps in Parliament, after a meeting between him and the Prime Minister in addition to the Speaker of Parliament Rashid Ghannouchi and the Secretary-General of the General Union of Labor, Noureddine Taboubi, in The talk of presenting blocks in Parliament remained a request to withdraw confidence from the government, which was signed by 105 representatives of the Ennahda Movement, the Heart of Tunisia, the Dignity Coalition, and independent representatives.
This comes after the decision of the Shura Council of the Renaissance Movement to withdraw confidence from the traps and work to form a new government headed by a new name, where the Chairman of the Shura Council of the Movement said that the latter will work to gain time to assign a new name before the parliamentary recess next month.
Abdul-Karim al-Harouni, head of the Shura Council in the Renaissance movement, said: We consider that every day the government passes on this situation and the head of government in this situation is a loss to Tunisia according to our estimation and the complexity of the government’s position and the disruption of high interests and touching the image of the country in the world. Time must be part of the solution not Be part of the problem.
These developments followed a wide debate in the country after the proclamation of parliamentary blocs offering confidence in Ghannouchi and calling for the dissolution of the Ennahda movement, which in turn warned of what it called the hands of the axis of the UAE-Egyptian evil against Tunisia.
A leader of the Ennahda Movement, Noureddine Al-Bahri said: An invitation for all to confront the coup that was programmed by the Egyptian-Arab and Egyptian evil party with Tunisian arms in order to sabotage and destroy this revolution.
Observers say that the country is on the verge of a sensitive period, especially with regard to consultations to form a new government, which will have constitutional powers to President Saeed, who will decide when to call for consultations to name the new head of government.
