  • Take a walk two hours after breakfast; In order to get rid of the extra calories, and thus avoid obesity, which many people suffer from during the month of Ramadan.
  • Avoid eating large quantities of sweets; In order not to suffer from indigestion or obesity, it is preferable to eat baked and low-fat sweets instead of fried.
  • Make sure to include carbohydrates in your Ramadan dishes, such as: brown bulgur, potatoes, and rice; Because the body absorbs them slowly, and therefore, they adjust the sugar in the blood for a period of four to five hours.

  • Reduce the amount of coffee you drink two weeks before the start of Ramadan; To avoid the headache that many coffee drinkers suffer from during Ramadan.
  • Be sure to eat the Suhoor meal; They are necessary to give you the energy you need to carry out your activities the next day.
