  • Pinch of dry mint – as desired.

  • Oatmeal bread roll.
  • A tablespoon of finely chopped tomatoes.

How to prepare

  • Put the cucumber, tomatoes, olives and dry mint (as desired) in a medium-sized mixing bowl, then add the labneh to the vegetables and mix well.
  • Stuff the bread from the inside with the labneh mixture, then put some mint leaves on top of the filling, then wrap the sandwich and serve it with tea.

How to prepare
