- We prepare a bowl, and mix in it: shrimp pieces, half the amount of bechamel sauce, and half the amount of mozzarella cheese, and mix them together, then pour the mixture into the pyrex bowl, and then pour the rest of the bechamel sauce, and the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
- We turn on the oven at a temperature of one hundred and ninety degrees Celsius, and put the Pyrex tin in it, and leave it for twenty minutes, or until the face of the dish turns red.
- We take out the shrimp dish with béchamel and mozzarella from the oven, and serve it hot.
Making shrimp fettuccine
- Half a kilogram of washed shrimp.
- Boiled fettuccine.
- A box of cooking cream.
- A clove of garlic.
- Vegetable stock cube.
- Two green onions finely chopped.

- We put in the pan over the onions, garlic, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, cream box, and a cube of vegetable broth, stir the mixture well, and then add the boiled fettuccine, and stir the ingredients together.
- We prepare a serving dish, pour the cream mixture in it, then arrange the shrimp pieces on top, and decorate the shrimp fenuchini dish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
