According to the new leaks, the IPX8 standards will support the upcoming versions in water resistance at a depth of more than 1 meter and for a period of more than 30 minutes.
Samsung supports these standards for the first time in the company’s foldable versions, and these standards are also scheduled to support the phones’ resistance to dust and dust that affects the screen folding process and separators, so this feature adds great support to Samsung’s foldable versions.
It is noteworthy that IPX8 standards in water and dust resistance have also not been provided in any of the foldable versions from other companies so far, so Samsung will be the leader in bringing this feature to the Galaxy Z Flip3 5G and Z Fold3 5G phones.
