At least one main dish must be available on the breakfast table, along with various appetizers, soup and salad, but it is preferable to eat dates first with A glass of water before starting to eat, which is what our Holy Prophet recommended, the best of prayers and peace be upon him, then the fasting person starts eating the soup dish until he prepares the stomach to receive the food, and after that he eats what he wants from the food, but the fasting person must not fill his stomach completely so as not to Feel full, and in this article we will mention some Ramadan dishes.

Ramadan dishes method

Musakhan Chicken Rolls

the ingredients:

  • Chicken cut into four pieces.
  • A quarter cup of olive oil.
  • Six glasses of water.
  • Two tablespoons of sumac.
  • Three onions cut into strips.
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
  • A cube of chicken broth.
  • Six loaves of saj bread.
  • Fried pine nuts.

How to prepare:

  • Put the chicken pieces in a pot on the fire with a little vegetable oil and stir it, then add the water and leave it on the fire until it boils, then reduce the heat and leave it until it is completely cooked.
  • Put the chicken pieces in a bowl to cool down, then remove the skin and bone and remove only the meat, then cut it into slices.
  • Put the olive oil in a saucepan on the fire, then add the onions and saute for five minutes until they wilt.
  • Add the chicken strips and stir, then add the chicken broth cube after breaking it up and stir.
  • Add black pepper, sumac and pine nuts and mix well, then leave the mixture on a low heat and then add salt.
  • Cut the bread into medium-sized squares.
  • We grease each piece with a little olive oil, then add an appropriate amount of the filling in the center of the piece of bread and roll it into a cylindrical shape and place it in a tray greased with a little olive oil.
  • We complete the remaining pieces of bread in the previous way, then brush the faces of the bread rolls with olive oil and enter the tray into the hot oven until it turns red.

Potato Kibbeh

the ingredients:

  • Three grains of boiled potatoes.
  • Small spoon of salt.
  • A teaspoon of cumin.
  • chopped onion
  • A teaspoon of red pepper.
  • A quarter cup of fine bulgur.
  • A little vegetable oil.
  • Olive oil for the face.

How to prepare:

  • Peel the potatoes and put them in the electric mixer, then add the salt, cumin and bulgur and turn the mixer on medium speed.
  • Add onion, red pepper and a little vegetable oil and continue mixing until we have a cohesive dough.
  • Wet our hands with a little water, then put the dough in the tray, stretch it well and flatten its surface.
  • We add a little olive oil on the face of the tray, and leave it until it hardens a little.

vegetable soup

the ingredients:

  • A large carrot.
  • A piece of potato.
  • Three cloves of garlic.
  • A piece of zucchini.
  • A piece of tomato.
  • A tablespoon of tomato sauce.
  • Two tablespoons of chopped parsley.
  • Two tablespoons of chopped coriander
  • Half a cube of chicken broth.
  • A piece of green pepper.
  • Medium onion.
  • Small spoon of salt.
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper.

How to prepare:

  • Cut the vegetables into small or medium cubes, as desired.
  • Chop the onion and put it in a saucepan over the fire with a little oil and fry until it wilts.
  • Add the vegetables and stir them, then leave them on the fire with an appropriate amount of water until they are completely cooked.
  • Add tomato sauce and stir, then add parsley and coriander.
  • Add a cube of chicken broth, salt and black pepper, and leave the soup on the fire for a minute.
