Making vermicelli soup

the ingredients:

  • An envelope of vermicelli.
  • Four cups of ready-made chicken broth.
  • Crushed cloves of garlic.
  • Four teaspoons of olive oil.

How to prepare:

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan over a medium heat.

Making vermicelli soup with tomato paste

the ingredients:

  • Two boneless chicken breasts.
  • Four teaspoons of butter.
  • Six glasses of water.
  • Laurel leaf.
  • A piece of onion.
  • Cinnamon stick.
  • Amount of salt according to taste.
  • Three quarters of a cup of vermicelli.
  • A medium-sized potato, cut into cubes.
  • Two grated carrots.
  • Two teaspoons of tomato puree.

How to prepare:

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan with the shredded chicken over a medium heat, taking care to stir from time to time.

  • Two onions cut into slices.
  • Four hundred and fifty grams of chopped carrots.
  • Four pieces of diced potatoes.
  • One and a half cups of peas.
  • Two hundred grams of vermicelli.
  • Crushed cloves of garlic.
  • Eight cups of vegetable broth.
  • Quarter of a teaspoon of salt.
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.

How to prepare:

  • Fry onions in oil until soft.
  • Add the mashed garlic and carrots to the pot and stir the ingredients again.
  • Pour the stock into the pot, then the potatoes and leave the soup to boil for a few minutes.
