How to prepare

  • Put two cups of flour, sugar, salt, oregano and yeast in the mixer bowl, install the dough hook, then run the mixer on a slow speed for a few seconds until the ingredients are mixed.
  • Add oil and water to the ingredients, then run the mixer on medium speed until the dough forms, then gradually add the rest of the flour until the dough becomes soft and cohesive (kneading is done on a slow speed for five minutes).
  • Put the dough in a dish greased with a little oil and grease the surface of the dough with a little oil, then the dish is wrapped with nylon and put in a warm place for half an hour or until the dough doubles in size.
  • Take a round baking tray and brush it with a little corn oil.
  • Put the dough in the tray and extend it lightly with the tips of the fingers.
  • Leave the dough for ten minutes to rest.
  • Distribute the pizza sauce on the dough, then add: pepper, olives, mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
  • Put the pizza in a warm place for ten minutes.
