Chicken is one of the types of foods and birds in particular that are very popular on the face of the globe. It is included in all international kitchens in multiple forms and ways. It is considered of great benefit to the body and a rich source of proteins for building muscles. As for chicken in the oven, it can be done in several ways as follows:

Chicken wings with spices

Ingredients

  • Two tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • Half spoon of ground coriander
  • teaspoon ground cumin
  • Two tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 kilo chicken wings, cut into strips
  • large bell pepper, seeded and cut into small pieces
  • Two tomatoes, peeled and seeded, chopped
  • A bunch of green onions cut into small pieces.

How to prepare

  • First, mix the tomato sauce, coriander, cumin, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste
  • Marinate chicken wings with sauce and spices and leave for an hour
  • Then we turn the oven to a little above the medium temperature and cook the chicken wings in the oven for half an hour or until they become golden in color, brushing them with sauce from time to time
  • Mix the peppers, lettuce and tomatoes together and spread them in a serving dish, put the chicken wings on top and sprinkle the green onions on top of them.

Ingredients

  • Chicken weighing a kilogram
  • Half a cup of washed rice
  • Half ounce of ground beef
  • Half a cup of oil or ghee
  • tablespoon of pine nuts
  • tablespoon chopped pistachios
  • tablespoon of flour
  • Teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground black pepper
  • A few ground cardamom
  • Two bay leaves.

How to prepare

  • Heat the ghee in a deep saucepan, brown the pine nuts, and remove from the heat
  • We do this with pistachios too
  • We remove it from the heat and then fry the meat in ghee with salt and half the amount of spices
  • After it is cooked, we pour two cups of water over it and then add the rice to the meat
  • Stir the mixture and leave it on a low heat for twenty-five minutes or until the rice is cooked
  • In the meantime, we clean the chicken well, inside and out, and then we drain it from the water and rub it with the remaining spices.
  • Mix rice, pine nuts and pistachios in a bowl
  • We stuff the chicken with this mixture and sew it up
  • Put the chicken in a deep saucepan, add two bay leaves and two cups of water to it and boil it and after it starts boiling remove the foam from it and leave it in the pot for forty minutes on a low heat
  • We heat the oven and put the chicken in it for a quarter to a third of an hour until browned and served.
