  • Put pieces of meat over the rice, and then leave the rice until fully cooked and impregnate all of the amount of water to simmer.
  • Pour the rice into a serving bowl and spread the meat over it, then decorate it with fried almonds and raisins, and serve it with yoghurt and salad.
