According to a statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry, following a phone call between Lavrov and Borel today, Wednesday, that they “discussed the situation in the conflict zone in Karabakh. The statement indicated that Lavrov and Borrell confirmed their support for the “Minsk Group” call to stop the escalation.
