  • Fruits and vegetables: The child’s immunity can be improved by getting a high percentage of vitamin C, which can be obtained from citrus fruits, strawberries, sweet peppers, broccoli, and sweet potatoes.
  • Lean Meat: Lean meat helps boost disease control as it is rich in protein, which is an important component in increasing a child’s strength, in addition to being rich in zinc, which helps white blood cells fight infection.
