First method

  • Mix an appropriate amount of castor oil with the same amount of sweet almond oil.

  • Cover your hair with a hot towel for an hour or more.
  • You can replace the towel with another one after half an hour if you like, in order to increase the percentage of oil entering the hair follicles.
  • Wash your hair with herbal shampoo, then dry it with a clean towel and let it sit.

The second method

  • Put an appropriate amount of castor oil in a small bowl.
  • Wet your clean fingertips in the oil.
  • Massage the scalp gently in a circular motion, so that the oil reaches all the roots of the hair well.
  • Cover your hair with a plastic cap and place a towel over it to trap the heat inside the hair to benefit from the oil.
  • Continue this process for 20 minutes, or you can do it late at night until the next morning.
  • Wash hair with shampoo to get rid of oil residue.
  • This process can be repeated twice a week to get the best results.
