Preparation method

  • Mix all the previous ingredients except for the rusk, divide the filling mixture into two parts, and add the rusk to one of the two parts.
  • Use the part of the filling that contains the rusk to stuff the fish, then grease it with a small amount of olive oil, and sprinkle a little salt on its face.
  • Prepare a tray for the oven, spread a large piece of aluminum foil on it, and distribute onion rings on it so that it forms a base for the fish so that it does not stick, and then put the fish.
  • Lift the ends of the aluminum foil around the fish, but without covering it completely.
  • Put the tray into a preheated oven, leave it for half an hour, then cover it with another aluminum foil and grill it over a medium heat for another half hour, or less as needed.
  • Take the fish out of the oven and leave it for a quarter of an hour before serving it, then serve it with the remaining amount of filling, bread and lemon.
