  • Cut the dough into portions, and form them into small balls.
  • Bring a tray and grease it with oil, put the dough balls in it, cover it and leave it in a warm room for an hour.
  • Finely chop the spinach and onion.
  • Bring a large and deep pot, put the spinach in it, and leave the pot on a medium heat with constant stirring, until the spinach wilts, then drain it from the water, put it in a bowl, and add the onions, olive oil, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and pepper. And sumac, stirring the ingredients well until homogeneous.
  • Heat the oven to a temperature of one hundred and ninety degrees Celsius.
  • Bring a large tray for the oven, preferably with short edges.
