Dough Ingredients:

How to prepare

  • Mix the dough ingredients together well until we get a cohesive dough, then put it in a bowl, cover and leave it to ferment.
  • Roll out the dough on a clean, floured surface using a rolling pin, and cut it into circles.
  • Mix all the filling ingredients together well, then take an appropriate amount and place it on the dough circle, and close it well.
  • Mix the flour with the oil well, and brush the edges of the dough with it so that it sticks and does not open.
  • We bring a frying pan and put a large amount of oil in it, and put it on the fire until it gets hot, then put the samosas in it and fry it until it turns golden.
  • Remove the samosa from the oil and halve it, then put it in a serving dish and decorate it with chopped parsley.

  • Onion, medium size, chopped.
  • A clove of mashed garlic.
  • tablespoon of oil.
  • A quarter of a teaspoon of nutmeg.
  • A century of chopped hot pepper.
  • Three boiled potatoes, cut into cubes.
  • Two teaspoons of cumin seeds.
  • Two teaspoons of chopped ginger.
  • Quarter cup of chopped coriander.
  • Half a teaspoon of mustard seeds.

How to prepare

  • We take a deep bowl, put the flour and the sweetener in it, and make a hole in the middle of it.
  • We add oil and water to the hole, and knead the ingredients together until we get a soft dough.
  • Leave the dough for half an hour.
  • We put the oil and heat it in a pan, add the onions and fry it, add the chopped boiled potatoes, lemon juice, coriander, and stir the ingredients together.
  • Add to the potatoes pepper, garlic, ginger, nutmeg, cumin, and mustard, stir the ingredients and let them cook well.
  • We leave the filling to cool before we stuff the samosas with it.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface, then cut it, stuff it, and close it in the shape of a triangle.
  • We put an appropriate amount of oil in a frying pan, heat it well, and fry the samosas in it, then take it out and put it in a serving dish.
