Making cake in silicone molds

Various molds are used in the preparation of cakes, including silicone molds, which are used in preparing cupcakes, as they are considered one of the most famous desserts in the world, and many people prefer to eat them, because of their delicious taste and beautiful appearance that attracts young and old to it, in addition to Ease and speed of preparation, as they are presented on many occasions, and we will learn in this article an easy and distinctive way to prepare cupcake desserts in silicone molds.

Vanilla cupcake

  • A cup and a quarter of white flour.
  • One and a half teaspoons of baking powder.
  • Half a cup of soft butter.
  • One-fourth cup of finely ground white sugar.
  • Half a tablespoon of liquid vanilla.
  • Two large eggs.
  • Half a cup of liquid milk, and if it is not available, put a tablespoon of powdered milk in half a cup of lukewarm water and stir it well.

  • Two and a half cups of fine white sugar.
  • Half a cup of softened butter.
  • Two tablespoons of milk.
  • Half a tablespoon of liquid vanilla.
  • A cup of chopped hazelnuts or walnuts, for garnish.

How to prepare

  • We turn on the oven at a temperature of one hundred and eighty, then we prepare the small silicone molds, in addition to the small cups for cupcakes.
  • Put the white flour, water and baking powder in a suitable sieve and sift them on a piece of paper.
  • Put the butter, sugar, and vanilla in the electric mixer, then install the mesh paddle, and run the mixer on a slow speed, and mix the ingredients together well.
  • Add the egg to the mixture and continue to beat until it disappears completely.
  • Add the milk mixture and white flour and beat the ingredients on medium speed for one minute only.
  • Pour the mixture into the silicone molds.
  • Put the molds into the oven for no more than twenty minutes, until they are done.
  • Remove the molds from the oven and leave them to cool.
  • Prepare the cream by putting the sugar in a suitable sieve, sift it well and set it aside.
  • We put the milk, butter and vanilla in the electric mixer, and we use the paddle attachment, then we mix the ingredients well until the butter becomes soft and brittle, then add the sifted white sugar to the mixture and continue to beat until we get a cohesive cream, then put it in the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour or a little less.
  • Decorate the molds with ready-made vanilla cream, as desired, then add the crushed hazelnuts and toasted walnuts.
  • Serve cupcakes with a cup of hot tea.
