How to prepare
- Install the mesh rack in the middle of the oven, and preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Bring a 20-centimeter round mold, and put a piece of butter paper at the bottom of the molds.
- Sift the flour three times onto a piece of parchment paper or into a deep dish.
- Put the sugar, vanilla, and eggs in the mixer bowl, install the paddle attachment, then run the mixer on medium speed for five minutes until the eggs double in size.
- Remove the bowl from the mixer, then add a quarter cup of flour, and stir the flour using a wooden spoon from the bottom to the top lightly and slowly until it disappears, then add the rest of the flour gradually, stirring only lightly until the flour disappears.
- Pour the cake mixture into the mold, then bake the cake for 20 minutes, and the cake can be tested with a small wooden stick, so that the stick should come out clean after being stuck in the center of the cake as an indication of the cake’s maturity.
- Take the cake out of the oven, put the mold on a metal grill, and leave the cake until it cools completely.
- Pass a wide metal knife between the edges of the mold and the cake, and invert the cake onto a cardboard base, then get rid of the butter paper.

- Beat on medium speed for one minute until the mixture becomes smooth.
- Put the mixture in the mold, then bake for 40-45 minutes, and test its doneness.
- Take the mold out of the oven, and leave it on a metal grill for a few minutes until it cools a little, then take the cake out of the mold, and leave it to cool completely.

- Two tablespoons of starch.

How to prepare
- Mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt for five minutes until the mixture thickens, then mix the mixture constantly with the addition of oil.
- Gradually sift the flour, starch, and baking powder, adding the orange juice alternately until the dry ingredients and milk are used up.
- Add vinegar, stir gently, then pour the mixture into a greased cake pan.
- Grill the cake from the bottom for about 45-50 minutes at 170 degrees.
- Put the cake in a warm place, wait for an hour, then flip it, sprinkle it with powdered sugar, or decorate it as desired, and serve.
