The cause of colon diseases is unknown, but there are some things that may cause them, including:

- Eating a lot of foods and drinks that cause bloating, including soft drinks and eating legumes.
- Psychological problems may be one of the causes of this disease.
Despite the presence of these reasons, the diagnosis of colon disorder cannot be detected easily, but the doctor asks the patient about the symptoms he feels, and whether they appear while eating certain foods or not.
