Among the different cheesecake recipes, in this article we offer you two methods: cheesecake with jelly, and cheesecake with coffee.

Cheesecake with jelly

  • One small envelope of strawberry jelly.

  • ¼ cup of melted butter.
  • One small envelope of strawberry jelly.
  • A quarter cup of hot water.
  • 600 grams of soft cream cheese.
  • A cup of liquid cream.
  • Three quarters of a cup of sugar.
  • A teaspoon of orange zest.
  • A teaspoon of liquid vanilla.
  • Small packet of strawberry jelly.
  • Half a cup of hot water.
  • A box of strawberries.

  • Get a 9-inch mould.
  • Put strawberry jelly and hot water in a deep dish, stir until jelly dissolves, and set aside.
  • Put several biscuit fingers in a nylon bag and beat them until they become very soft, put them in a deep dish and add the melted butter to it. Stir them together to mix the materials, then distribute it at the bottom of the mold, press the biscuits to cover the bottom completely and flatten the surface.
  • Arrange the rest of the cookie fingers around the edge of the tin, close together, to get a high cookie edge.
  • Put the strawberry jelly in a deep dish and pour hot water over it, gently stirring to dissolve the jelly.
  • Put the cheese in the mixer bowl with the cream, sugar, vanilla and orange zest, install the paddle attachment and turn it on at medium speed to get a creamy and smooth mixture.
  • Add strawberry jelly and turn on the blender to get a smooth, homogeneous mixture, distribute the mixture on the biscuits in the mold, and put the mold in the refrigerator for several hours.
  • Take out the cheesecake from the mold and put it on a serving plate.
  • Spread the strawberry jelly on the biscuit sticks using a wide brush to cover well and absorb the jelly.
  • Put the jelly in a deep dish and pour the hot water, stirring lightly to dissolve the jelly.
  • Cut the strawberries into small cubes and add them to the jelly.
  • Stir to completely mix the strawberries with the jelly. Spread the strawberries in the center of the mold on the cheesecake.
  • Put the cold strawberry cheesecake in the fridge for a few hours before serving.

Coffee cheesecake

  • Two tablespoons of ready-made coffee.
  • A quarter cup of hot water.
  • Two tablespoons of gentle gelatin.
  • Three hundred grams of soft cream cheese.
  • Two tablespoons of fine powdered sugar.
  • A cup of sweetened condensed milk.
  • A cup of liquid whipping cream.
  • A quarter cup of instant coffee.
  • A cup of liquid cream.
  • Two tablespoons of fine powdered sugar.

  • Bring a movable base cheesecake mold according to what you have available.
  • Put the biscuits in a deep dish with butter and coffee, stir the biscuits with a wide spoon to mix the materials, put the biscuits in the mold and press it firmly to hold together and you have a thick layer of biscuits, put the mold in the fridge until the rest of the steps are completed.
  • Add the gelatin to the hot water, stir with a fork to dissolve the gelatin, set it aside until it cools completely, do not put it in the fridge.
  • Put the cheese in the mixer bowl with the sugar, condensed milk and cream, install the paddle attachment and work on medium speed for two or three minutes to get a smooth and creamy cheesecake mixture.
  • Add gelatin and stir until well combined.
  • Spread the cheesecake mixture on the biscuits in the mold.
  • Knock the mold several light ways to distribute the mixture efficiently on the biscuits.
  • Sprinkle the finished coffee over the mixture, and put the cheesecake in the fridge for several hours until it cools completely.
  • Take a serving plate the size of the mold you used, unlock the cheesecake mold and place it on the plate.
  • Put the coffee in the mixer bowl with the cream and sugar, install the paddle attachment and turn it on at medium speed to get a firm and cohesive cream.
  • Put the cream in a decorating bag fitted with a decorated funnel, spread the cream on the cheesecake, sprinkle a little of the finished coffee over the cream.
  • Put the cheesecake in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
