the ingredients:

  • Half a cup of chickpeas, soaked for twenty-four hours and drained.
  • Two cups of white beans, soaked for twenty-four hours and drained.
  • Four tablespoons of white flour.
  • Two bunches of chopped green coriander.
  • Bunch of chopped parsley.
  • Three pieces of chopped onion.
  • Five grains of chopped green onions.
  • A tablespoon of baking powder.
  • One teaspoon each: falafel spices, cumin, ground black pepper, and table salt.
  • Vegetable oil for frying.

How to prepare:

  • Grind the beans and chickpeas in the electric mixer or in the grinding machine until we get a smooth mixture.
  • Add onions, flour, green onions, parsley, coriander, cumin, falafel spices, table salt, ground black pepper, baking powder, and grind the ingredients well until they are homogeneous.
  • Leave the dough for thirty minutes, divide it into small pieces, and then form round falafel discs.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a deep saucepan, and fry the falafel balls until browned on all sides.

  • Two chopped onions.
  • 1 teaspoon each: green coriander and curry.
  • One and a half teaspoons of dill.
  • A piece of chopped green pepper.
  • Three cups of vegetable oil.
  • Two teaspoons of ginger.
  • Pinch each: table salt and black pepper.

How to prepare:

  • Mix the ingredients well so that they stick together, take an amount of the mixture, form it into balls, and then flatten it into thin discs.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan on the stove, then transfer the falafel discs so that they become crispy.
  • Place the falafel on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
