  • The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, lived for sixty-three years, not a single second of his life was wasted in anything other than profit or amusement.
  • God Almighty swore by his age in the Noble Qur’an, and he did not swear by the age of anyone else, and that is out of veneration and honor, as the Almighty and Exalted said: [الحجر:72].
  • Before the mission, he used to worship God Almighty in the cave of Hira, and he was known for his honesty and trustworthiness.
  • He lived his life after the mission, calling for the religion of God Almighty and fighting the enemies of religion and the polytheists.

Birth

The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was born in the year of the elephant, when Amina bint Wahb gave birth to him, and his father, Abdullah bin Abdul Muttalib, had died before his birth, and as the Arabs used to do, he was sent with the nursing Halima Al-Sa’dia to the desert, and after a few years of his life his mother died, and then he took care of him His grandfather, Abdul Muttalib, took care of him. At the age of eight, his grandfather passed away. Abu Talib added him to his children and took care of him, and after a while he worked in the care of sheep, then his uncle began to take him with him in his trade, so his honesty, honesty and profit in trade spread among the people.

He married Khadija bint Khuwaylid, may God be pleased with her, when he reached the age of twenty-five. Zainab bint Khuzaimah, Juwayriyah bint Al-Harith, Umm Habiba bint Abi Sufyan, Safiya bint Hayy, Maymoona bint Al-Harith, and Maria Al-Qibtiyah.

Mission

Gabriel, peace be upon him, came to the Messenger Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, while he was worshiping in the cave of Hira, and he recited Surat Al-Alaq to him, and this was the beginning of the prophetic mission, then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, returned to Khadija trembling. Yes, help and support him in his call and spread his message.

The invitation began in secret, so his wife Khadija, may God be pleased with her, and his friend Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with him, and some of his family, relatives and honorable companions believed in him. Muslims, unless they endured the torment in the cause of God and supported the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and defend him, and when the harm reached a great extent, God authorized His Noble Prophet to emigrate to Medina.

Death
