  • Two tomatoes.
  • Six cups of boiled beans.
  • One and a half teaspoons of vinegar.

How to prepare:

  • Cover the pot, then leave the ingredients for ten minutes until they are well cooked, taking care to keep stirring them.
  • Remove the pot from the heat, then put it in a special dish, decorate it with olive oil and cumin, and serve it hot to eat.

Egyptian fava beans

the components:

  • Half a kilogram of canned beans.
  • Two medium sized tomatoes.
  • Three tablespoons of chopped parsley.
  • Three cloves of crushed garlic.
  • Two tablespoons of lemon juice.
  • Three tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Salt to taste.
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin.

How to prepare:

  • Chop the tomatoes into small pieces, then put them in a deep dish, add garlic and parsley, then mix the ingredients together well.
  • Put the beans in a medium-sized saucepan, then raise it over the heat, and leave it for ten minutes until it becomes more tender.
  • Remove the pot from the heat, then remove the beans from the water, and place them in the bowl of the electric mixer.
  • Add tomatoes, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and salt, then mix the ingredients on a medium level, so that it is not too smooth.
  • Put the fava beans in a serving dish after pouring olive oil on it, and decorate it with parsley leaves.

Tips

  • Make sure to boil the prepared beans well; It contains a high percentage of preservatives.
  • Soak the beans in water for a whole night; So that it does not take a long period of time while boiling.
