  • Put the mold in the oven for an hour until the cake is cooked, and test the maturity of the cake by planting a small wooden stick in its middle, and it comes out clean.
  • Take the cake out of the oven, leave it to cool in the mold for several minutes, then transfer the cake onto a metal grill to cool completely.

Prepare the chocolate sauce:

  • Put the sugar, water, coffee, vanilla, and cocoa in a small, thick-bottomed saucepan.
  • Put the pot on a low heat.
  • Stir the ingredients together, and continue to stir until the sauce boils.
  • Distribute the sauce on the cake, and leave it to cool.
  • Decorate the cake with a little white chocolate.
