Shawarma is considered one of the most popular fast food that many people like to eat, and there are two types of shawarma: chicken shawarma and meat shawarma. In this article, we will discuss a way to prepare shawarma at home.
Chicken Shawarma

Preparation method

How to prepare
- Mix shawarma spices, salt, black pepper, sumac and oil in a deep bowl.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and leave it for at least an hour.
- Put the onions, green peppers and tomatoes in an oven tray, then season them with salt and black pepper.
- Pour a little oil on the face, then put the tray in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about twenty minutes until it is cooked.
- Heat a little oil in a saucepan on the stove, add the marinated chicken and saute for ten minutes until it is cooked.
- Remove the vegetable tray from the oven, then add the ingredients to the chicken in the pot.
- Sprinkle with parsley, stirring constantly, until ingredients are combined.
- Cook the rice in a pot of salted water over a low heat.
- In a bowl, mix the garlic, oil, vinegar and water.
- Put the toasted bread in a serving dish, pour the soup and then distribute the rice on top.
- Pour the vinegar and garlic dressing again, then distribute the shawarma and vegetables.
- Garnish the dish with toasted pine nuts, then serve the fattah directly.
