  • Fatigue and stress: As soon as a person feels tired and stressed, dark circles will begin to appear around the eyes, and it is possible to get rid of these circles after getting rid of fatigue and stress.

Treatment of the problem of blackness around the eye

Despite scientific and medical progress, a definitive treatment for dark circles has not yet been available, but there are many tips that reduce this problem, and the most important of these tips are:[3]

  • Wash the eyes with cold water daily.
  • Drink at least ten glasses of water a day, and the goal is to rid the body of toxins and stimulate blood circulation.
  • Put compresses of bitter tea on the eyes, or put potato or cucumber slices for about twenty minutes.
  • Massage the area around the eye using a mixture of almond oil and honey, or vitamin E.
  • Wipe the face and the area around the eyes with fresh and cold milk, and leave the milk on the face for about five minutes.
  • Apply sunscreen on a daily basis, and it is preferable to wear sunglasses on sunny days.
  • Eat a healthy and complete diet.
  • Do facial relaxation exercises.
  • Use special moisturizing creams for this area.
