ArabiAds, which specializes in advertising and smart marketing in the Middle East and North Africa region, announced its acquisition of AdFalcon, a company specialized in advertising via smartphones and the former technology arm of Naqsh Media Group.
The company says that this step embodies its vision of a radical transformation in the field of advertising technology in the region, and comes as a natural step to take its technology strategy to the next level.
It includes the portfolio of technology businesses it acquired as published in its statement; Demand Management Platform (DSP), Bridge Technology, and Ad Network.
These solutions enable customers to reach their target audience through programmed purchase, in addition to supporting different ad formats, flexible targeting options, and multiple pricing models that suit various sectors. ArabyAds aims to adapt these solutions according to performance models to go beyond the range of mobile phones.
