Chaturvedi considered that the UAE will be one of the largest trading partners of “Israel”, noting that “strengthening bilateral trade is a realistic goal, and the economies of” Israel “and the Emirates are similar in terms of size, population, and innovation,” according to what was reported by the “Jerusalem Post” .
For his part, the CEO of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Hamad Buamim, expressed his hope that the normalization between the two countries would open new opportunities in the post-epidemic world, saying that “2020 was a very difficult year and everyone is looking for new markets to support the economic recovery.”
He stressed that tourism, health care, agriculture, food security, and pharmaceutical equipment are areas ready for bilateral cooperation channels.
And the announcement of the UAE, Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco to normalize their relationship with the Israeli occupation in public, had sparked a wave of widespread Arab and international reactions, rejecting and denouncing the agreement, considering this as neglecting the rights of the Palestinian people and the Palestinian cause and serving the Zionist project and all other projects targeting the region, including the Persian Gulf states.
