A lightning operation … the arrest of one of the leaders of ‘ISIS’ in Sharqat

Wahib, the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Rasul said in a statement, “The Counter-Terrorism Service, at dawn today, carried out a lightning operation in the Shirqat district, which resulted in the arrest of a leader of ISIS terrorist gangs, after monitoring, investigation and accurate intelligence information.”

He added, “The operations of the Counter-Terrorism Service, which have been continuing for four days in various regions, aim to arrest the top leaders of terrorist gangs and hand them over to justice.”
