This position is also known as “rest” position. Kneel and sit on your feet, lean forward and extend your arms in front of you. Make sure to keep your back straight while resting your forehead on floor.
This position is also known as “gas relief pose” because it helps relieve pain of bloating and gas. Lie on your back and inhale deeply with your hands on your knees. As you exhale, bring your knees to your chest, as if you are hugging m. Rock your knees from side to side. Gently pull at least five times, before releasing your knees and starting over.
Spine twisting exercise
Lie on your back and hug your knees as you inhale. Exhale, and carefully lower your knees to left, using your hands to push m down. Turn your head to right and extend your arms on ground.
Lie down this way for five to ten seconds, before returning your knees and hands to center. Repeat on or side.
